ZINCALUME^®

Zincalume® steel is a layered steel that is only produced by PT. Bluescope Steel, has the best composition, namely 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon.

The aluminum content has excellent resistance to corrosion while the silicon content has the ability to protect cut edges (cut edge protection). The double protection mechanism is the main key behind the superiority of Zincalume® steel in overcoming corrosion.

Its shiny appearance provides heat resistance of up to 315 ⁰C without experiencing discoloration on the surface, making it very suitable for use on building roofs and manufacturing.

CLEAN COLORBOND^®

Clean COLORBOND® is a product that has excellent weather resistance, so it can be used for quite a long time. Available in a variety of attractive color choices.

Clean COLORBOND® is made using Zincalume® steel as the base material, containing zinc and aluminum in its coating which has high resistance to corrosion.

The latest innovative development from clean COLORBOND® is pre-painted coating technology which is proven to make the roof cooler and look new for a longer time. This is what makes Clean COLORBOND® can be used for a variety of building and environmental applications.

ALUMINIUM SHEET

Aluminum alloy combined with copper, zinc, magnesium, silicon, manganese and lithium to increase strength. Apart from that, aluminum sheet is light in weight and resistant to corrosion.

Aluminum sheet is available in various grades, thicknesses and surface finishes that can be tailored to your needs.

ALUMINIUM EMBOSSED

Aluminum sheet that has been processed through embossing or pressing techniques, produces a unique pattern with a wavy or textured surface. The resulting pattern design is generally an orange peel pattern.

Embossed aluminum has several advantages, including: being weather resistant, having an aesthetic appearance, being strong and light. Additionally this product has good thermal conductivity, heat dissipation due to the special nature of the pattern.

STAINLESS STEEL

Stainless Steel 304 is made from austenitic stainless steel which has a composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This grade is the most widely used of all stainless steels in the world.

Stainless Steel coil has strong corrosion and rust resistance, excellent quality makes it an important industrial raw material for industry and building materials.
